In less than seven weeks there will be thousands of our gay brothers and sisters arriving here in Miami for demonstration during the Democratic and Republican National Conventions.
These visitors will have come hundreds of miles to stand up for our liberation at this crucially important time. Your participation in these demonstrations is but secondary to the more important issue of preparing and providing for the security of our people in the vanguard position of struggle.
The MIAMI GAY ACTIVISTS ALLIANCE has accepted the request of the N.C.G.O. to dedicate all efforts towards providing our people with necessary campsite, provisions, and information during this time. We know that the thousands of sisters and brothers here in South Florida will realize the importance of political involvement for our liberation.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?????
1. Attend the General Meetings of the MIAMI GAY ACTIVISTS ALLIANCE at:

2. Give some time each week towards working with your sisters and brothers as we strive for our liberation as gays in a predominantly non-gay society.
Us, as liberated homosexual activists demand freedom for expression of our dignity and value as human beings through confrontation with and disarmament of all mechanisms which unjustly inhibit us: economic, social, and political. Before the public conscience, we demand an immediate end to all oppression of homosexuals and the immediate recognition of our basic rights.
