The Respect for Marriage Act is a proposed bill protecting marriage rights for interracial, same-sex, and interfaith relationships.

On June 19th, 2022 the House of Representatives passed the Respect for Marriage Act (HR8404, 2022) 267-157, all Democratic Party members voted yes, 47 GOP members also voted yes, 157 GOP members voted no.
